CANCELLATION CHARGE: If less than 24 hours’ notice is given before cancelling your appointment, or if you fail to attend or are late for your appointment, you will still be charged the full amount for your appointment. All monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, cancellations within 5 working days of the next payment date may result in the next payment still being taken.

REFUNDS: We have a 14 day return policy at Pain Free Jamesy. Any treatment plans or sessions purchased have a strict 14 day return policy. Any refund requests after the time of purchase or if the plan has started will be refused as per our Terms and Conditions. All 14 day periods begin on the date of purchase not the date of appointment.

DATA PROTECTION: All data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1988. Medical records will be stored electronically and only accessed by authorised personnel. Disclosure of information may be made to appropriate health professionals, such as your GP, when communicating about your presenting condition. It is common practice to write to your GP and/or referring Specialist; if you do not want this to happen please inform your clinician.

CONSENT TO TREATMENT: All assessments and treatments will be performed by a qualified, registered and insured sports therapist who will practise within the defined scope of practice as per the relevant governing bodies in the United Kingdom. You must advise your therapist of any factor that may affect your treatment or diagnosis. Following examination, an explanation of the therapist’s opinion and proposed treatment will be provided. It is important that you fully understand the diagnosis, recommendations, procedures and treatment techniques that may be involved, as well as any likely effects that are especially common with 48 hours of treatment . Your therapist should make every effort to ensure you do, but if you are in doubt, please ask for further information. With certain conditions, a degree of undress may be required and this will be explained at the time by the therapist. You are entitled to be accompanied during your treatment if you wish.

PAIN FREE: We (Pain Free Jamesy) will do our best to achieve pain free results for clients and help them to hit all their goals. However, we cannot guarantee any results. Any advertisement through adverts, social media and by email is all based on previous clients results of becoming pain free and that’s what we alway aim to achieve. As a large majority of our clients do become pain free, we all must understand everyone is different and results will vary. Working together we will combine the hands on treatment with correct movement and mobility programs to help you reach your goal.

PAYMENT: Payment is required at the time of booking or, at the time of your appointment. Receipts will be provided if necessary.

INSURANCE: Pain Free Jamesy, does not accept or work with any insurance companies.

AGE: If you are under the age of 16 years of age. You are required to bring a family member or guardian to your appointment.
